  This young and dynamic company was founded in Spain in the last quarter of 2000 and takes its name from the fact that planet earth spins on an axis of 23 Degrees, giving it the four seasons. The company was founded by Mr Martin Whiteley, a 36 year old Australian who has previously worked in the sports administration field for more than 15 years. For the five years prior to forming the company Mr Whiteley was responsible for all offroad cycling disciplines at the International Cycling Union in Switzerland, with direct control of the Mountain Bike World Cup. Prior to this he was the CEO of the Australian Cycling Federation for 10 years.

The company operates in the following areas:

Presently the company has 2 directors, 4 full time employees, 6 part time employees, and 17 sub contracted service providers. The offices are based in Granada, Spain.
